Shipping Policy

DELIVERY

We deliver our products to all countries and mainly UAE.

Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.

Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 3-5 working days and from 6 to 12 working Days to Other Countries depending on the location.

UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 30 and Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location as flight charges vary with time.

If your delivery location is outside the boarders of UAE, and would like to arrange a delivery company from your side, please contact us through our email info@lmnt.ae and don’t forget to mention the order # in the subject.

To avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

 

CANCELATION

Customers can cancel their orders within 12 hours from the time of submitting the order; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.

Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

 

RETURN
POLICY


1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

- We accept returns for garments purchased directly from the LMNT website (www.lmnt.ae) only.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.

1.2 Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Garments that have been customized, altered, or personalized.
- Items purchased from any third-party retailers or websites.

1.3 Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Contact our customer support team at info@lmnt.ae within the eligible return period.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping address.

1.4 Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a LMNT error or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely return of the item(s).
- LMNT is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

1.5 Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 45 days.
- Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as per the return process mentioned above and place a new order for the desired item.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the order. We will assist you in resolving the issue by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
